3 cups oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill whole grain organic extra thick)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (Trader Joe’s organic crunchy)
1 cup almond milk (Blue Diamond Natural Almond Breeze)
Dash cinnamon
A splash of vanilla
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder (Trader Joe’s organic)
4 scoops chocolate Shakeology (www.shakemefit.info)
Mix all dry ingredients, then add milk and vanilla to blend.
Add peanut butter and mix w/ hands.
Put mixture in an 8×8 pan, press flat, refrigerate for 2-3 hours and cut into squares!
