How do you know if you are making any progress if you aren’t measuring your results? The key to anything is to track, track, track and then look at your progress. The P90X worksheets are your guideline to success. Fill in your weight, reps, how you felt, etc. every single day. Over time, sometimes even a few weeks, you will begin to see results.
