Day 17 – How Much Space Do I Need To Workout At Home?

Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need a lot of space to workout and get into shape from your home. In this video I measured my space that I’ve been using for 4+ years. It’s roughly 6′ X 6′. I can expand it by sliding a chair over more but that’s about it.
